LEARNING EXPERIENCE DESIGNER · INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER · L&D PROFESSIONAL
Learning should change
what people do.
I design learning experiences that translate complexity into clarity - and clarity into performance.
MY STORY
I didn’t arrive in Learning & Development by accident.
I chose it.
What drew me to this profession was the opportunity to turn learning into confidence, capability and performance.
That choice has grown into more than a decade of work across education, retail, BFSI, IT/ITES, telecom and global learning environments.
How do we make learning genuinely useful when people need to perform?
CROSS-INDUSTRY PERSPECTIVE
Different industries.
Different cultures.
One career built around learning.
Each environment taught me to understand a different learner, a different business reality and a different definition of performance.
Retail

Telecom
Global L&D / TelecomHOW I THINK
Start with the performance need.
Then design the learning.
My work sits at the intersection of design, facilitation, consulting and project ownership.
Not the PowerPoint.
Not simplistic.
Not completion.
Learning Experience Design
Learning journeys, storyboards, digital learning, performance support and multimodal experiences.
Learning that meets the learner
Classroom, virtual, field, sales, leadership and Train-the-Trainer experience informs how I design.
Performance diagnosis
I look for the real barrier - knowledge, skill, process, confidence or environment - before prescribing training.
End-to-end delivery
Scoping, stakeholders, reviews, governance, documentation, publishing, launch and post-launch support.

AI × LEARNING
AI accelerates the work. It does not replace the thinking.
I use AI for research, ideation, reframing, source-grounded synthesis and rapid iteration - while keeping instructional judgement, context and learner need at the centre.
